Read the Committee’s letter to DCHA Regarding Housing Voucher Extension Policy

The District of Columbia Housing Authority’s (DCHA) current policy of not granting families extensions to use their housing vouchers, unless they seek a reasonable accommodation for a disability, is unreasonable and out of touch with DC’s expensive and competitive rental market.
